Born in Porto, living during his childhood right behind Salgueiros Stadium. He graduated in Psychology and became a Master in Clinical and Health Psychology. Eager for new challenges, he directed his attention to areas such as Neuropsychology, but mainly to Sports and High Performance Psychology. He is driven by the undeniable desire to, on the one hand, contribute to the well-being of athletes and coaches and, on the other hand, to optimize their performance, thus contributing to the achievement of results and common goals that elevate the Sport Clube Vianense.
